12/07/2018 Mississippi WMA public land duck hunting 2018 season update through 12/06/2018

From the beginning of teal season 2018 through December 6, 2018 Mississippi hunters have spent 2,144 man-days afield at 31 Mississippi WMA’s and harvested 3,130 ducks for an average bag of 1.6 ducks per man-day. Howard Miller represents a whopping 29.7% of the total ducks harvested, and with 929 ducks killed with just 227 man-days, it also is the most productive in terms of total harvest and harvest per man-day.
