6/19/2019 Three bass at Drewery Lake (whew)

I got skunked yesterday at both Brent’s Lake and Puskus. Determined to catch fish this morning, I went to one of the remaining few Upper Sardis WMA lakes I was confident I could have success fishing early summer. That lake was Drewery (the other being Denmark).

I got on the water a little after 6:30 am and worked out to the right of the boat ramp up the upper end of the lake. I fished a few stumps in the middle then worked back along the opposite bank.

7:16 am First bass of the morning on a Zoom Super Fluke Pearl fished weightless

8:20 am Almost time to go and I grab one across from the boat ramp

8:32 am really time to go, I grab third and final bass of morning on same weightless fluke
