4 minute rest period:

50 jumping jacks, 28 push-ups

walk 2min 35 sec holding 20 lb KB OH in each arm (245 steps)

 

4 minute rest 27 push-ups  

walk 5 minutes holding 20lb KB in each arm and every 100th step take 50oh (300 steps/200 steps)
