My Reverse Bucket List (or "If I died today that'd be okay because I already got to..."
I don't recall when I became aware of the expression "bucket list" but I do recall having already begun to formulate a list of things I wanted see, do or experience before death long before I knew that such a list was called a bucket list.
Eventually I will publish my unfinished bucket list (both one I wrote in 2008 and one as it stands today) but for now, I present my finished or reverse bucket list.
This reverse bucket list is a non-linear, non-complete account of some of my life's proudest or most memorable occasions. One thing I have found to be an added bonus of truly memorable experiences is that you get to revisit them as often as you wish. I find this act of rehashing the good ole days, or looking back with gratitude on the riches life has already bestowed upon me allows me to gain perspective, increases my contentment, and provides a framework for creating future "bucket list-esque moments".
Without further ado, the May 2017 Aaron Barton Reverse Bucket List.
