4) bodyweight lunges (10 each leg)

6) 10 push-ups

7) 3  minute farmers walk holding 30 pound kettle bell in my left hand  

8) 20 bodyweight lunges (10 each leg) 

9) 3 minute farmers walk holding 30 pound kettle bell in my right hand 

10) 10 push-ups

11) 3 minute farmers walk holding 30lb kettlebell in my left hand

12) 20 bodweight lunges (10 ea leg)
