5/3/2019 Five Largemouth Bass in the rain (and not) at Drewery Lake

Mom’s in town. More fishing. Tried out Cypress Lake where I have previously had success duck hunting, but my friends Tyler and Cody were skunked bass fishing. I saw fish, I saw bait, but after two hours of skunks I decided to cut my losses. Got to Drewery Lake and within 90 minutes had five fish, a couple of which were caught in light rain. Temps were in the upper 70’s with mostly cloudly calm conditions.
