6/5/2019 Three Bass at Puskus (inc. 2lb 11oz Lake PB)

Slept in til almost 5:45 am and thought about sleeping right on til mid-morning but on account of weather system moving through and my mother-in-law coming to watch the kids I decided to get up and get at em.

I got to Puskus at 6:15 and met a new friend Jamie who had a badass boat but forgot his trolling motor remote so he was hand paddling an 18 ft center console with a 90 HP attached.  

I fished lily pads and grass points using a combo of weightless flukes, crankbaits, and popping frogs. Caught three within an hour and then the bite slowed down, it got hot and I headed home.
