1/25/17 Workout

1 mile farmers walk as follows:  

.25 mile holding 30lb dumbell

.25 mile holding 40lb dumbell

.50 mile holding 30lb dumbell

(all work done without rest on treadmill at 2% grade 3-4MPH)

I was not a fan of doing farmers walk on treadmill. It felt like the belt was pulling my legs back from under me and I struggled to keep my posture and breathing the way I wanted it.
