1/24/17 Workout
1 mile walk holding 20 lb kettle bell overhead (didn't put the weight down except to switch hands)
To break this up i would count 100 steps holding with right arm, then 100 with left. 90 with right arm, 90 with left....uninterrupted sets as follows:
100 left 100 right
90 left 90 right
80 left 80 right
70 left 70 right
60/60
