400 step KB farmers walk holding a 40lb and 20lb KB switching arms every 100 steps

one arm OH KB press x 20 x 10,10

40lb KB swings x 15,15,15

carry a 40lb and 30lb kettlebell up and down two flights of stairs then switch hands and repeat

100 step overhead 20lb KB farmers walk left arm

100 step overhead 20 lb kb farmers walk right arm
